Our ability to produce the conference materials (agenda, schedules, proceedings, etc.) in a timely manner depends upon your timely and accurate completion of the tasks described in our author kit. See the timeline below.

Listed below are different documents that will help you produce your paper or poster. (All documents listed below require Adobe Acrobat, and open in separate windows). Please follow the paper preparation schedule closely. The deadline for submitting all materials to your moderator in final PDF format is June 22. (NOTE: Fees may apply for late papers).

  5. Reviewers Notes and Form (use to send comments to moderators) You can save this page and type comments in the boxes and then send to your moderator–do not send to the original author.

MS Word Templates: Please follow the formatting for your submission–the following documents are in word and you can use them to prepare your paper. Once you have it filled in, please send it to your Moderator as a pdf document.

Author Timeline:

By March 1 Be proactive! Contact your moderator if no contact is made by March 1.
By April 1 You should e-mail your draft paper to your moderator and your fellow session authors. At the same time, you should receive papers from these colleagues—if you don’t get papers, please contact your moderator.
By April 29 Your moderator is responsible for compiling the comments from your colleagues and working with you to incorporate these comments into your final draft. Your next draft is due to the moderator on June 12.
No Later Than May 20 Send your revised paper to your moderator.
By May 27 You and your moderator should agree on the disposition of your final submission.
June 22 Your final PDF submission is due to your moderator. PLEASE NOTE: Fees may apply for late papers.
By June 26 Moderators will submit all papers for their session in PDF format. Moderators will also submit their summary in PDF format. Email them to the conference coordinator, Cara Lee Mahany Braithwait (IEPEC@caenergy.com)

These deadlines are very important to ensure the quality of conference papers and to maximize coordination of each session.
