ü     Proposals are due on or before December 5, 2008

ü      By February 6              Authors and presenters are notified.

ü      By February 20            Authors are confirmed and their instruction packets are sent.

ü      On March 20                Draft papers are due to moderators (and other authors in the session).

ü      By April 3                     Moderator comments are sent back to the authors and presenters.

ü      By April 17                   Authors submit revised papers to the moderators.

ü      By May 1                      Moderators send their final comments to the authors.

ü      June 8                            Deadline for the final paper.

ü      Prior to June 8              Register for the conference and pay all applicable fees
                                        (registration, late paper, or over page limit).

ü      Prior to July 22             Make hotel reservations early to ensure getting our conference rate. 
                                        On July 22, any rooms still in our block will be lost.

ü      August 11                     Pre-conference workshops.

ü      August 12-14               Conference.
